obsession can lead to self-destruction

....All Praises only for Allah (Alhamdulillah),thanks to HIM for still giving me a chance to live in this world. I’ll try my best to worshipping YOU in every beat of my heart. :)

Today, I heard a news from a friend of mine, about my friend friend’s story. My friend told me that she is being obsessed with a guy that she loved. It is frightening to hear the whole story, how the girl and the boy ended-up with, (better not to tell here, because it might cause a shame to the victim). From what I knew before this, when a person is obsessed with something or
someone, they tend to do anything, anything that sometimes it is OUT-OF-MIND and beyond a normal mind could ever think about. I’m out of idea in giving examples the nonsense thing that the ‘obsessor ‘ might do in order to satisfy their NAFSU and desires, perhaps the typical example is that, the obsessor hurt themselves.

OBSESSED WITH DOTS

I wanted to share with readers, about some medical explanation in Islamic view about being obsess. (in the scope of an opinion and a little knowledge from me)

Obsess starts with an addiction on something or someone, the reason for addicted on that particular thing is simply because we enjoy by doing it. Some people say that they’re feeling HIGH while doing it. Obsess is like a malignant tumor which initially exist in small number as a result of some mutation, carcinogen or other factors which might lead to the tumor. These cells will eventually dominate the effected organ by their excessive and uncontrollable growth. Scared huh.. such a small cell can brings harmful effect on us.
If no actions are done towards the patient to cure the tumor, it will result in FATAL.

These naughty + bad cells (malignant cells) can migrate to other organs, and causes severe effect and speeding up the process of destruction of the body.

By looking at our medical case, the person was infected with ‘obsess’. Obsess effect first of all our ‘HEART’. The etiology (causes of disease) of the occurring start with ‘THE EYES’. Ever heard about

“dari mata turun ke hati” ?

the idioms is true somehow. huhu..

Eyes are the greatest ‘nikmat’ ever that THE CREATOR had given us. (without eyes you can’t read what I wrote) :p hehe.. Eyes have many functions, of course! The main task of them is to worships ALLAH, their CREATOR. To see and look at the beauty of HIS creations. Eyes act as a medium of our belief towards HIS existence.

BUT, our CREATOR knew very well on what HE had created.-MAHA BIJAKSANA who created the EYE.
He mentioned to us:-

“Katakanlah kepada laki2 yang beriman agar mereka MENJAGA PANDANGAN dan memelihara kemaluan.” (24:30)

“Dan katakanlah kepada para wanita yang beriman, agar mereka MENJAGA PANDANGAN dan memelihara kemaluan dan menutup aurat,memakai hijab hingga menutup aras dada….” (24.31)

Like the famous hadith said that : MATA TEMPAT JATUHNYA PANAHAN2 Syaitan.

Satan- very workaholic creation of Allah, they never tired in doing their job; to make sure human follows them and to make people disobey to Allah.

As a Muslim, we should be thankful to Allah, because HE Loves us so much that HE doesn’t want us to be burn by the hot flame of an-NAR (hell). He told us the precautions about the effect and consequences of seeing, looking, observing or perhaps ‘ushar’ing with our eyes.

The Quran stress on the importance of taking care on what we see/look especially in the correlation with seeing/looking the other person, opposite gender.

This, (vulnerable sight) is the main pathway of Satan in accomplishing their main job.

Eye-to-eye interaction is the most significance stage of looking/seeing/viewing.
This type of interaction will cause the development of the untold feeling towards both paired of eyes looking at each other. The person’s feelings such as love or anger, at that particular moment can be transmitted into the other eyes that are looking and causes some sort of invisible interactions.

These are the proves why a baby stop crying when they look at
their mother’s eyes. Because the baby can feel the sense of being protected,
warmness and the most important thing is the LOVE from a mother toward them.

The most common feeling that can develop when a girl and a boy look into each others eyes, is the feeling of being LOVE. The eyes sometime can speak more understandable words than the voice coming via our mouth.

Eventually, those who ignored the precaution mentioned in Quran will ended up to be in the trap of Satan. Consequently, these tumor cells now have high possibilities to migrate and affecting other organs, because the patient failed to follow the medicine prescribed to them.

The next targeted organ, is the HEART.

“dari mata sekarang di HATI”.

In an obsessed patient, they will experience the rapid beating
of their heart each time they look or perhaps in more highly degree of
infection, just by thinking of ‘him’. The protective action will then be carried
out if they (obsessor) is in danger or threatened situation. For example, the
boy that they obsessed for, is not even like her, or maybe other girls are
trying to compete with ‘obsessor’ to get that boy. This is the moment where some
unimaginable action can be seen done by the obsessor to protect their obsessed
person.

Heart not only plays a role in beating and pumping, it also can take control over the body by giving orders to our limbs to move and do what they ordered to do. Wow!

The frightful thing that can occur when the limbs
listen to what the infected /cancerous heart said.

Usually they bypass the brain, and brain in this case, is not functioning well, because the heart took the control over the body.

“ Kata hati kekadang melepasi logiknya akal.”

This is the stage in which all the medical manifestation can be seen in the patient with obsess disease. The tumor cells now can be said had successfully invaded the brain and causing it to malfunction.

“..bahkan hati mereka menjadi keras, dan syaitan pun menjadikan terasa indah bagi mereka apa yang selalu mereka
kerjakan.” (6.43)

So, I can made the conclusion on this patient :-
He/she should remember this very well “ La takrabur zina!”
The most sinful type of ‘zina’ is via the GENITAL organs, mild type of ‘zina’ is via the eyes, ears, heart, mouth etc….

“..ada seketul daging dalam badan manusia, apabila ianya baik, maka baiklah seluruhnya, ketahuilah bahawa ianya adalah HATI.”

Let the heart beat only for Allah, and every blood that diffuse through the cells (main source of Oxygen and energy) use only to worshipping our CREATOR-ALLAH s.w.t.
